The fare is calculated based on multiple factors including traffic times, distance and duration of the trip. Each vehicle category has a minimum price set by the Passenger Transportation Board. Here is the minimum price list for different categories.

All the vehicles in our platform are registered with Passenger Transportation Board (PTB) in British Columbia. All drivers have successfully cleared the criminal background check and has gone through intensive driver training standards set by PTB.
If you left something in a Ryde vehicle, we’ve made it easy to get your item back. The best way to recover a lost item is to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with description of the forgotten item and the details about the ryde trip. We will reach out to you once we have found your item.
